Which cheese(s) should I put on, or in, our burgers. ?
Kraft deluxe american, fresh Asiago, smoked Gouda, Oaxaca, Muenster, Mozzarella(both fresh and whole milk brick), cream cheese and pepper jack are the cheeses I have on hand.
They'll be cooked on the grill.
Thank you Anony, it seems like I'll have it with smoked Gouda on the inside and the pepper jack on top.

I strongly prefer something with a good bit of punch. Mild cheeses can be overwhelmed by the taste of the grilled meat and the other fixings.
So pepper jack is the obvious choice. Second choice, smoked gouda.
