There were no "forbidden" names. German Jews had to add "Jacob" or "Sara" to their own names to identify them as Jews.

Think of the number of Abrams, Johanns and Marias and their derived names of Hans and Marlene there were in Germany. Add them to the non-Jews named Isaac, David, Josef, Jacob, Anna, and Sarah. A lot of time spent on paperwork to erase those names from their birth certificates.

It is almost as though you are making up history to entertain yourself, you might think you are being edgy, all it really reveals is your lack of imagination.

There were no forbidden names during Nazi time. Neither Jewish nor non Jewish.
