Are Democrats right that the 4th of July is a white supremacist celebration?

I always thought it was about our independence. Am i missing something here?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Just like 25% of  young Americans don't seem to know that the  Civil War was about slavery, the 4th of July celebrates our Independence from Britain.  Also, systemic racism is a repeated lie. EVERYONE is afforded the same opportunities if they are willing to work for them. Just look at self made immigrants!

Basically yes, because only white racists got their independence on that day or at that time.  And they used their independence to solidify their control over slaves and continue to deny other human beings their freedom.

You probably heard this lie from a white supremacist site,

or from Fox News, or from a Trump tweet.

It's okay. Retarded people tend to be very gullible.

We dont hold that against you.

Dems think everything is a white supremacist celebration now.

If you go to the store and buy white bread, you're a white supremacist.

If you drive a white car - white supremacist.

Wear white tennis shoes, sure sign of white supremacy.

Listen to Eminem instead of a black rapper, must be a white supremacist.

Prefer white frosting on your cupcakes, you're a card carrying member of the KKK.
