if you boil the chicken, it comes with it's own trimmings.

Are you trying to drown the chicken? or is it cooked? or to be cooked? So far I'm thinking you're just being mean to some chicken.

Many use beer as a basting fluid.

Don't find it. Create it. Especially where it doesn't already exist.

Your kitchen water tap, wine, lemon juice, no-salt tomato juice (even if you have to make your own)

Unsalted chicken or vegetable stock [in cartons] can be bought at supermarkets.

I think you mean 'liquid'. Depends what you are trying to do, to make salt free chicken stock, gently boil a chicken in plain water. Then, if you want to make a salt free chicken casserole, use that home made chicken stock.

Try WATER! It does the job!

Try Soy sauce. (The naturally fermented type, like Kikkoman)
