Tips on my Workout?

Hey, I started this new workout and I was just wondering how many sets I should be doing per day, or if this is enough reps for each exercise. Any opinions welcome, thanks. Aiming for a full body workout atm.

Dumbbell Plie Squats - 12 Reps

Push-Ups - 12 Reps

Lunges - 10 Reps Each Leg

Dumbbell Chest Flies - 10 Reps

Bicycle Crunches - 16 Reps

Bent Over Row - 10 Reps

Plank - 30 Seconds

Jumping Jacks - 50 Reps

Sit-Ups - 12 Reps
