Is it safe to get tooth pulled if you have a heart disease  or heart condition ?

    Absolutely safe, a local,injection does not affect the heart.

    Of course. Worse to ignore it and risk infection

    If your doctor says it is then it's OK

    Yes. In fact, not getting it pulled can worsen a heart condition as not pulling the tooth leads to infection from tooth decay that your body is constantly fighting back with white blood cells remaining and causing heart damage. Just like your blood carries white blood cells to the decayed tooth to fight back the festering infection that results, the blood also carries bits of that infection away. When those bits of infection comes into contact with heart valves, they damage them. Over time, that chronic damaging of your heart valves leads to them not effectively holding the blood from pressuring backward, so the heart starts fighting itself, which then ultimately leads to heart failure. But if you get your tooth pulled and have heart disease or a heart condition, you will almost certainly want to use local anesthesia, not general anesthesia.
