Why does Jason Todd have a shock of white in his hair? He's younger than Dick Grayson?

I think it’s because he died and then was revived in the Lazarus pits. I can’t specifically remember it happening in the miniseries detailing his resurrection, Red Hood: The Lost Days, but I’d imagine it’s in there.

Jason Todd is a fictional character. In real live human beings a shock of white hair is genetic condition usually in people of Japanese ancestry.

He doesn't. He has a "lock" of white hair, which is often caused by shock. When "shock" is a noun for hair, it means a huge mass of hair or a very bushy head of hair, not just a lock or tress, like the white bit what Jason Todd has in the front along his hairline.
