Why have astronauts still havent landed on other planets yet?

Because such a flight would be very expensive, and no nation has seen fit to spend such sums on such a mission.
The Moon is only three days of flight time away. Mars is more like four months, and one cannot then return fr another six plus months. Thus, technologies usable for a one week flight are grossly insufficient for a one year flight.

Well, Venus would boil you before you can land.
As to Mars, the trip would take months, and there's no way to send along enough fuel for the journey back, nor to send along enough essentials to keep the crew alive.
Strangely enough there seem to be more than enough volunteers for a one-way trip to Mars though

A serious amount of money would be needed to build the kind of spacecraft to go that far with a crew and return safely. The planned mission would need to have a high survival percentage rate.

Too expensive. Too dangerous. No point.
If we want to explore other planets, then nowadays we do it robotically. This technique has been well proven, with robotic explorers already landed on Venus and Mars, and robotic probes sent to fly by or orbit all the other planets and several asteroids and comets.
Why send a troublesome, frail human at enormous cost, when you can send a fast, efficient and effective robot instead?

It is outrageously expensive and time-consuming to travel past our moon.

If you don't count the moon, it's because of the huge expenses and risks. The moon landings took many years and a huge sum. Mars, the most likely, would take 10 times the expense, 10x the risk.
