Why do some Spanish commercials have both Spanish and English in them?

Not sure if this is a stupid question but at my dads house we watch the Spanish channels because he and my step mother speak Spanish and I’m curious why the Spanish commercials have both languages. Like there was an AT&T commercial I just saw where two women were on FaceTime but one was speaking in English and the other was speaking Spanish. I hope I don’t sound too ignorant or anything, I’m just curious

Because those commercials aren't just targeting the hispanic audience but also the "chicano" population.. Chicanos  are americans born to hispanic parents who hardly speak any spanish at all... at most they speak "Spanglish"

If you are in America, advertisers, who support the TV industry, will want English along with the Spanish in order to increase the number of viewers.
