I placed a trade option, a call, to buy stock at $7.50, with a limit price of $0.05.. What does the limit price mean?
I have one contact, I put the limit price of $0.05.. Because I put $0.05 I had to pay $5.00 for the contract.. So what does the limit price mean? It says I have 1 contract at $0.05..

You need to move your question out of the "Cameras" forum.

If you don't understand what you are being told about stocks,
you should STOP RIGHT THERE and Learn.
I see the stock market as a money pit for most people.

You should not be gambling in the stock market if you do not know what the terms of the contract mean.
