Is it possible to have 19 nervous breakdowns?

I've already had 3 in my 50+ years of walking this Hellscape, and they were devastating enough. I don't want to think about what 16 more would do.

I suspect that the narrator of "19th Nervous Breakdown" by the Rolling Stones is exaggerating about the "kind of person you meet at certain dismal, dull affairs," but the fact is it would be a really good idea for you to know good stress management, and perhaps the name of a good therapist as well.  Stress management is something we all need, and it's very important for people who are prone to depression because depression is often the result of a long period of high stress. 3 in 50+ years.   If things do not improve you would only have 2 more.   And if things do improve, you should strive for no more.
