Is it possible to have three 1TB SSDs in RAID 0 config and a seperate 3TB SSHD in RAID 1 Mirroring the RAID 0 Config?

P.S. I tried posting a picture to show a visual but I got the error message "something went wrong. please try again later.

Also I have an Asus G703.

"a seperate 3TB SSHD in RAID 1" is a contradiction is terms, since any RAID array requires at least two drives by definition.  You might possibly configure RAID-01, containing the 3-disk striped array mirrored to a single drive.
