125-130 pounds. 5 pounds for every inch that you are for a female.

I am 5'5 just an inch smaller than you and I am 152lbs and I am overweight and I should be around 133lbs so I presume you should be around the same, I would be happy at 145lbs

A "healthy" body mass index (BMI) range is 18-24.  I have no idea what websites you are looking at, but the 18-24 BMI range for woman who is 5'6" tall is 115 - 150 lbs.  At 153 pounds, you are consider overweight with a BMI of 24.7

BMI is merely a ratio of height to weight and does not take into consideration actual body fat percentages or specific health issues. Weight alone is not a good measure of health. Your goal really should be health rather than looking for a chart where your can weigh a few pounds more.

I would encourage you to look at your diet and exercise habits, and level of overall fitness. See links below for various home fitness tests.  If you aren't rocking your fitness (strength and stamina) and or you're eating a lot of starchy carbs and processed foods, you might want to look at making some changes to decrease your body fat and overall weight while increasing your muscle mass.

close enough to not matter, those are guides anyways. Build and things like muscle mass matter when making these sort of determinations.

It's not like overweight and underweight is determined by a pound or two
