Could this mean cancer on my CT scan?

The results read that there was a "short segment wall thickening of the ascending colon near the hepatic flexure, with underlying mass not excluded. No acute inflammatory changes".

I scheduled a colonoscopy just in case but is it serious? I am 22 but I know that cancer can happen at any age.

I doubt it at your age. Could be a harmless polyp or just thickening of the tissues. Cancer of the colon always causes bleeding with dark red blood.
