If I was born in Denmark and hold a Danish passport but spent most of my life in England am I a Danish citizen?

Also, does that mean I am entitled to free education in Europe that Demark offers because in England it is not free?

It means you are a Danish NATIONAL

CITIZENSHIP depends on whether you have the right to vote, so it doesn't apply if you  are under 18

No. It might mean you are entitled to an education in DENMARK, but if you don't speak Danish... that wouldn't help you much

Your Danish passport proves you are a Danish citizen, regardless of time spent in England.

If you hold a Danish passport and not a UK Passport, you are a Denmark citizen. If living in the UK, you must abide by UK laws, ethics, and social order. If Denmark offers free education you can move back to Denmark to get it.
