How can I tell my therapist im extremely honey all the time and it's annoying me?

I'm a 14 year old GIRL and my therapist is a FEMALE too. I have been just extremely horny all the time I cant even concentrate on my homework because im always masturbating and watching porn. I feel so weird and ashamed about it but I just can't help it I'm soooo horny allll the time. I want to tell my therapist but I don't know how to bring it up. How can I tell her?would she be weirded out?

She's a therapist nothing is weird to her...she's getting paid to help you and for her to better help you..you need to be honest with her ...let your therapist know you are a 14 year old sex addict with a porn addiction. too easy...there's medications, meditations, and a lot of other things she can suggest to better help you with your issue.

Therapists have heard everything-- remember, they are professionally trained to hear our weirdest, worst, and wildest secrets. She will not be weirded out at all- in fact, she will probably respect and be proud of you for your honesty. (BTW, being horny all the time is a normal part of being a teenager, and you have nothing to be ashamed of.)
