Could there be something medically wrong with me? My horniness is crazy.?

I'm a 14 year old girl and I'm constantly horny. It's getting really bad. I'm always have to look up sexual things such as porn and madturbate and I feel like it's getting in the way of other things. It's so annoying and I feel ashamed. I just can't control how horny I am. Could I have something wrong with me? Should I inform my therapist she is a female too. If so how should I bring this up to her? no dumb answers serious only

thats very normal i would talk to her about it just so you dont need to feel ashamed and she can also tell you that it is okay its because of puberty
