How parents can make a contract about their baby?

What happens if parents make a contract with a company to use pictures of their baby in an advertisement for 5 years, for example (they get paid), and when the baby is 4 years old he says that he don't want to appear in that advertisement? (he just realized he appears in an ad)

Considering the year left of the contract (4 of 5 in this example), what happens with the Image Right of the baby? He never said YES.

The child is under the control of the parents and has to do what the parents say.

The parents have legal control over the minor, so the wishes of the 4 year old are not legally binding.

The parent or parents signed on behalf of the minor, if the contract is broken they can be sued at the least !!!
