Can I put some 2-cycle fuel into my car's gas tank to dispose of it?
How much or little would be safe? If not, what's a better way of disposing of it?

DO NOT put in the car gas tank.
Depending on how many sensors and computers are in your car, it would confuse things mightily.
When you say 2 cycle "fuel" do you refer to the oil one mixes into the gasoline? I assume so and my answer is based on that assumption. When you say "some" what, less than a quart?
Do it the hillbilly way: pour it down the sink or on a patch of weeds. Not like it's going to contaminate the ground water for a thousand years or anything. ....
But don't put it in your car. Throw it in the dumpster at the gas station.

Did you know Socrates was a homeless man living in a huge discarded wine barrel? He became famous for teaching by asking questions.

The only thing I would worry about would be the O2 senor.
If you have a vehicle old enough to not have an O2 sensor, it would be fine mixed in its gas tank.
A little oil is good for an engine, and with Alfa Romeo is was the normal recommendation, because it was good for the fuel injection pump.

Find someone in your neighborhood who can use it in their weedeater or chainsaw or dirt bike.
