Amateur Radio PSK31 question?

Question

Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) is said to be what's used in PSK31. However, to be more precise, isn't it Minimum (Binary) Phase Shift Key (MPSK) that is actually used?

PSK31 can be in either BPSK or QSPK mode.

MPSK is similar to QPSK but I dont think it is offically supported. (or used)
